Quality-ProductMall.com Review: Quality Is Not Their Thing! Avoid Their Tag Heuer Replica Watches!

I think the title of today's review of Quality-ProductMall.com says it all! You'll not be impressed with their imitation watches and no matter how patience you are they simply don't know how to treat their customers. Until now, I've pretty much managed to stay away from replica watches sites with poor customer support services but even I don't always get them right.

Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?

No, they are not! Their Tag Heuer replica watches are bad and the materials used are really cheap. But, if you can believe it, the worst part is yet to come. Even though they advertise their Tag Heuer replica watches as Swiss, they are actually selling Japanese timepieces.
The Site: Usability and Design
The site is full of photos stolen from other imitation watches sites or from official sites. This is not the way of doing business.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
With all the problems I encountered with this site, I can honestly say that the worst part is the customer service. Besides the fact they respond to your emails when they feel like it, they are not even consistent with their lies. For example, after I noticed that the watch they sent me is not Swiss, I immediately asked for the shipping address for the return. One customer support agent told me the watch is Swiss and if I can't see it, it's my problem. Other agent apologized for the mistake and admitted the watch is Japanese. Of course, the third agent came and told me the watch is Swiss and even if it wasn't, the damage of the watch is too small to be returned.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
You cannot even trust them with the shipping time. The watch should have been delivered within 7-10 business days but it took 20 days to arrive.
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable
The return policy it's good in theory but the truth is that they will give you a lot of silly reasons to refuse the return of their crappy watches.
The Bottom Line
I would never recommend a site like this one. I don't know what I was thinking when I decided to try this imitation watches site.
